(6,100 ft. – 7,100 ft.) Crossed fenced, suitable for spring, summer or fall pasture. Current owners have run 100 pairs and 3 bulls in a normal year for a period of 4.5 – 5 months.

Water:
In addition to the well, there are 5 stock ponds and 8 good springs with one piped into a tire tank on the property. Water is reliable and sufficient for the carrying capacity of the pasture.

Wildlife: The Ranch features excellent big game hunting and has qualified for 2 landowner tags/ species in the past. The Property is in area 48 for elk, area 36 and 75 for antelope. It is a draw area but licenses are readily available. Migratory Elk, deer and antelope can all be found on the property.
