LOCATION: The Kevin Long is situated in Sheridan County, Wyoming.  It is accessed off the Ulm Road, a year round, maintained, county road.  It is located 4 miles west of  Clearmont, Wyoming, a small ranch town located on Clear Creek.  There is a K-12 school, convenience store and several churches to service the ranching community.  The ranch is about 35 minutes to Sheridan and 25 minutes to Buffalo, Wyoming.  The ranch has K-12 bus service to the gate.

Recreation:  This property supports healthy populations of deer and antelope, as well as occasional elk.  Upland birds are abundant as well.  Water is an underutilized resource with potential recreational benefits. It is also minutes away from the Bighorn Mountains with it’s multitude of recreational offerings.
