The water for the remaining acreage is sourced about ¼ mile above the farm off the LeClair Irrigation canal. It is delivered through buried pipe and provides pressure to run the solar powered wheel lines on the property.

Donovan Road just south of the farm, provides access to two additional subdivision lots of approximately 3.86+ and 3.87+ acres on the southwest corner of the property. With privacy, good views and access, these lots would provide an excellent site for a home and improvements. Power is near and Lot 3 has a well. These lots are priced separately and are not included in the 208+ acre farm.
