Middleton Farm

Location: The 62+/- acre Middleton Farm is located 15 miles West of Thermopolis Wyoming on Highway 170, the Owl Creek Road. The improvements sit at the intersection of Missouri Flat Road and Highway 170. Good access to the property by either road gives several options for a building site. 

Improvements: The improvements consist of corrals, loafing shed, and a well with power to the improvements. There are no other improvements.

Water: The property has adjudicated 1909 water rights with approximately 21 acres in the Owl Creek Irrigation District. Water is supplied to the property through the Woodard/Johnson ditch out of Owl Creek. The well supplies water to two automatic waters.
