Location: The Red Rim Pasture is a 375+/- acre pasture located on the southern edge of Thermopolis Wyoming. A contiguous parcel of land that has Highway 20 south as an eastern boundary, Rimrock Drive as a southern boundary and Lane 12 as a western boundary. There is also access to the land from the North on Lane 14. It can be accessed on public roads from every direction.  

Description: This is a scenic, open, and undeveloped pasture lying between Thermopolis and the Wind River Canyon. The terrain varies from long flat benches and sloping hills and draws, to red rock outcrops. Native grasses, sagebrush, yucca and juniper cover the landscape. The only improvements are a well that supplies water for livestock, and a small set of plank corrals. The boundary is fenced, and it is cross fenced into three separate pastures.

It has been used as pasture and is surrounded by new development.

Water and Utilities:  It has a 200+ foot well with good capacity that supplies water for livestock. It is completely surrounded by utilities including water and fiber optic. Natural gas is on the boundary and electric power crosses the property. City sewer may be an option from certain parts of the ranch.

Comments: A remnant of larger ranch lands that surrounded town, this is one of the last undeveloped tracts left. As is, it offers a blank slate for someone who wishes to create their own western ranch with close to town privacy. Infrastructure from the surrounding development is in place for the owner who is thinking of future development, numerous building sites offer spectacular views.
